Choreographed spaces

 

I am a passionate interior designer and multidisciplinary artist in the fields of dance, performance, scenography, installation, and illustration. I have conceived many different places, building facades, restaurants, shops, clinical spaces, schools, and houses.

I started in 1999 when the terminology "interior design" was not yet totally understood in the Brazilian countryside area and not understood as it now. Interior design was seen as vanity only. By that time I started to introduce ideas of wellbeing and practicability inside spaces. Established a dialogue between architecture and emotions. The embodied space. The way we experience our spaces builds a story. The importance of a welcoming home.

Spaces never come to an end. They are in a continuous process. Colors define and stimulate our movements and sensations. The design makes changes in life!
